There is a lack of adequate support opportunities.

In 2023, 74% of EA community members affected by mental health issues reported unmet needs. Most existing solutions are costly and not tailored to specific issues people face when tackling the world's most important problems.

Effective support can unlock much more impact.

Poor mental health reduces productivity by up to 35%. We estimate therapy or a guided mental health program such as ours, can increase productivity by ~25% for ~1.5 years. That’s equivalent to 8 full-time employees for every 100 people we support.
