    Inga was the youngest person to ever reach the rank of professor at the HMKW, a University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. Having worked for a decade in senior roles in relevant areas of academia and business, she is an expert in the development, practice, and evaluation of digital psychological interventions. She is the founder of Rethink Wellbeing.

    Rengin is a highly experienced psychological counselor and facilitator with 15 years of experience in promoting and protecting mental health. She holds a masters degree from Columbia University, Teachers College, Department of Clinical & Counseling Psychology. She is in the process of getting ready to defend her doctoral dissertation at Utrecht University, Department of Youth & Family. Throughout her career, Rengin has specialized in offering psychological counseling on mood disorders, interpersonal issues, and life transitions using CBT and mindfulness approaches. As a faculty member at several universities, she is highly experienced in designing and delivering courses utilizing different learning tools to ensure high levels of engagement and effectiveness.

    Robert holds an MSc from the University of Bristol, following an undergraduate degree in Psychology. He has published research on political misinformation and is currently working on metascience and economics papers, giving him a solid academic foundation, particularly in statistics. Robert is a founding member of Rethink Wellbeing and a policy fellow at ALLFED.

    Alcea is a seasoned project manager with nearly 8 years of dedicated experience in streamlining processes and procedures to boost productivity across B2B companies and nonprofits alike. Notably, she co-founded a nonprofit in the Philippines and adeptly managed over 150 volunteer programs on-site.

    Carys is an operations specialist and has worked in healthcare, charities, and government. Focusing on business transformation, she has delivered multi-million-dollar programmes to improve service quality, increase performance, and enhance organisational resilience. She has also designed and facilitated workforce wellbeing initiatives, tailored to frontline workers.
